Scheduled Maintenance
VisualVault will perform scheduled maintenance to migrate the production database volume to new backend infrastructure as part of the permanent remediation for the recent AWS GovCloud communication issue.
Impact: During the maintenance window, the VisualVault application will be unavailable while the database volume is migrated and validated.
Following the migration, VisualVault will validate database connectivity, application services, and supporting infrastructure before restoring access. The environment will be closely monitored throughout the maintenance window, and a final update will be provided once all services have been verified and normal operations have resumed.
We appreciate your patience as we complete this work to improve the reliability and resilience of the platform.
