Scheduled FPNP email notifications for Washington DNR were not being delivered as expected beginning August 18, 2026. The issue affected workflow-based notification processing only; the VisualVault Web UI and other core services remained available. The required production updates were completed on August 20, 2026, after which notification processing returned to normal.
