Investigating

We are currently investigating a database cluster issue impacting GovCloud customers that began at 07:45am PST

08:54am PST - Issues with the AWS FSX Service have been identified. Priority 1 ticket opened with AWS.

09:16am PST - Working with AWS engineers to resolve the issue.

10:59am PST - We are continuing to work with AWS engineers to resolve this issue. An AWS FSX service update has been identified as a possible root cause. We have also initiated DR recovery plan in parallel and will revert to the point in time backups completed just prior to the AWS service outage if necessary.

12:38pm PST - AWS has escalated the FSX service issue to another team. Most likely we will complete our DR restore prior to the AWS resolution. ETA to restore VisualVault GovCloud service is 60 to 90 minutes.
